Connect your assistant

Add CargoGoWhere to Claude or another MCP-compatible AI client, then ask about any supported air waybill in plain language. The free plan needs no card.

Prefer to set up the plan first? Activate it on your account page

Three steps, once

  1. First

    Add the server

Add the MCP server address above to your AI client as a custom connector.

  2. Then

    Sign in when asked

Your client opens the CargoGoWhere sign-in. Use the email you want your account under.

  3. Last

    Activate the free plan

Your first tracking request returns a link to activate the free plan. Activate it once, then ask again. You can also activate it first on your account page.

The activation link arrives in the conversation, so nothing needs setting up in advance.

Steps checked against Anthropic's help centre on 15 October 2026. Menu names can change; Anthropic's article “Get started with custom connectors using remote MCP” is the reference.

Free, Pro and Max

  1. Open Customize › Connectors.
  2. Select + Add, then Add custom connector.
  3. Name it CargoGoWhere and paste the MCP server address. Select Continue.
  4. Keep the detected sign-in settings, select Add, then sign in with CargoGoWhere.
  5. In a chat, open + › Connectors and turn CargoGoWhere on.
The Free plan allows one custom connector.

Team and Enterprise

  1. An owner opens Organization settings › Connectors, selects Add › Custom › Web and adds the MCP server address.
  2. Each member opens Customize › Connectors, finds CargoGoWhere and selects Connect.
  3. Each member signs in with their own CargoGoWhere account, so each has their own allowance.

Other AI clients

Any client that supports remote MCP servers over Streamable HTTP with OAuth sign-in can connect. Add the MCP server address as a remote or custom server and let the client run the sign-in. We publish step-by-step guides only for clients we have tested end to end; Claude is the first.

The free plan

  • 200 shipments a month (up to 50 new a day). Each unique air waybill counts once per month, per account.
  • Resets at 00:00 UTC on the 1st. The daily cap resets at 00:00 UTC.
  • Re-checks are free. Asking again about an AWB you already tracked this month uses no allowance.
  • One allowance per account. Every AI client you connect shares it.
  • Listing supported airlines is free.
  • Watch up to 10 shipments at a time for status-change alerts by email or webhook.

When the month's allowance or the daily cap is used up, your assistant tells you when it resets. Fair use applies.

Things to ask

  • “Where is air waybill 000-00000000 now?”
  • “Has 000-00000000 departed yet? Summarise the milestones.”
  • “Watch 000-00000000 and tell me when its status changes.”

Use a real air waybill from a supported airline: the three-digit prefix, then the eight-digit serial.

A sample answer to the second question.

Asking which airlines are supported is free.

Plan
Signed-in accounts without an active plan can connect and list tools; tracking calls return the activation link.

Tools

  • tracking_get_shipmentTrack one AWB and return its latest status and milestones.
  • tracking_complete_verificationFinish a lookup when the airline asks for a verification code.
  • tracking_list_supported_carriersList the airlines that can be tracked. Uses no allowance.
  • tracking_watch_shipmentWatch an AWB for status changes (up to 10 at a time).
  • tracking_unwatch_shipmentStop watching an AWB.
  • tracking_list_watched_shipmentsList watched shipments and their recent changes.
  • tracking_set_alert_webhookSend watched-shipment changes to your webhook.
  • tracking_remove_alert_webhookStop sending changes to your webhook.

Limits, refusals and quota messages are returned as readable tool results, never as a shipment status. Questions: Help & Support.
