Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of CargoGoWhere websites, Web Chat, MCP services, account access, and related channels. By using a CargoGoWhere service, you agree to these terms.

1. What CargoGoWhere provides

CargoGoWhere provides cargo-information tools, including air cargo tracking, cargo-knowledge explanations, structured Chat and Canvas results, and supported AI-client access. Features may be added, changed, restricted, or withdrawn during early access.

CargoGoWhere is not an airline, freight forwarder, customs broker, carrier, insurer, payment provider, or booking agent. It does not move, store, clear, insure, or book cargo.

2. Accounts and access

  • You must provide accurate account information and use an account you are authorised to control.
  • You are responsible for protecting your authentication session and for activity performed through your account or connected client.
  • You must promptly report suspected unauthorised access or misuse.
  • Access may depend on an active plan, assigned permissions, fair-use limits, supported geography, and carrier availability.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use CargoGoWhere to:

  • break any law, regulation, sanction, court order, or third-party right;
  • obtain or expose information without proper authority;
  • submit malicious code, overload the service, bypass controls, scrape at unreasonable volume, or interfere with other users;
  • probe, reverse engineer, or circumvent authentication, rate limits, subscriptions, carrier restrictions, or security controls except where expressly permitted by law;
  • misrepresent CargoGoWhere output as an official carrier record, customs ruling, legal opinion, safety approval, or guaranteed operational instruction; or
  • use the service for unrelated, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive activity.

4. Your inputs and authority

You retain responsibility for information you submit. You confirm that you have the right and authority to provide it and to request the related cargo information. You grant CargoGoWhere permission to process your inputs as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical information, or unrelated confidential personal data.

5. Carrier data, third-party services, and AI output

Tracking and other cargo information may come from airlines, carrier websites, connected providers, public sources, or third-party systems. Availability, accuracy, timing, completeness, and status terminology depend on those sources and may change without notice.

Some explanations and classifications may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You must verify important operational, commercial, safety, customs, dangerous-goods, classification, and legal decisions with the responsible carrier, authority, qualified professional, or original source.

6. No booking or transaction commitment

A tracking result, explanation, proposed HS code, status interpretation, or other CargoGoWhere output does not create a shipment booking, contract of carriage, customs declaration, delivery commitment, insurance coverage, price quotation, or service-level commitment.

7. Early access and fair use

Free or early-access services are provided subject to fair use. We may apply request limits, carrier-specific limits, maintenance windows, feature restrictions, or temporary suspensions to protect service reliability, security, providers, and other users.

8. Intellectual property

CargoGoWhere and its software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no ownership right is transferred to you. Third-party names, marks, data, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, provider requirements, non-payment, misuse, repeated fair-use violations, material breach of these terms, or protection of the service and its users. You may stop using the service or cancel an available plan at any time.

10. Service availability and disclaimers

CargoGoWhere is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, carrier coverage, data freshness, fitness for a particular purpose, or that every request will succeed.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, rights, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CargoGoWhere will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, data, or cargo arising from use of or inability to use the service, reliance on output, source-system errors, or unauthorised account use.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the affected CargoGoWhere service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or SGD 100 if no fee was paid, unless applicable law requires a higher amount.

12. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect service, commercial, security, provider, or legal changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continuing to use CargoGoWhere after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Subject to any mandatory rights or dispute process that applies, the courts of Singapore will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes connected with these terms or the service.
