Getting startedWhat can CargoGoWhere do?

CargoGoWhere currently helps you track supported air cargo shipments and understand cargo terms, shipment milestones, documents, ULDs, and possible HS code classifications. It does not move cargo or act as a carrier, forwarder, or customs broker.

Getting startedHow do I activate free access?

Sign in to your CargoGoWhere account, open the account page, and activate the Free Launch plan. The same entitlement enables Web Chat and supported MCP tracking access.

Account and loginWhy am I being asked to sign in again?

CargoGoWhere shares its authenticated session across supported CargoGoWhere subdomains. A private or incognito browser window, blocked cookies, an expired session, or a different browser profile can require a new sign-in.

Account and loginHow do I change my display name?

Open Manage account, enter your preferred profile name, and save it. Your verified email remains the account identifier while the display name is shown in account and administrator views.

Cargo trackingWhich airlines are supported for tracking?

Ask CargoGoWhere to list supported carriers or open the supported-carriers section on the public website. Coverage changes as each carrier connection is tested and verified.

Cargo trackingWhat AWB format should I enter?

Use the three-digit airline prefix followed by the eight-digit serial number, for example 000-00000000. CargoGoWhere validates the prefix and routes the request to a supported carrier connection.

Cargo trackingWhy is no tracking result available?

The carrier may not support the AWB, the shipment may be too new or too old, the carrier portal may be temporarily unavailable, or no milestone data may be published yet. Confirm the AWB and try again later before raising a ticket.

Cargo trackingHow current is the tracking information?

CargoGoWhere shows the latest information returned by the connected carrier source. Carrier publication delays can mean an operational event occurred before it appears in tracking.

CAPTCHA trackingWhy does tracking sometimes ask for a CAPTCHA code?

Some carrier websites require a user verification code before they return tracking details. CargoGoWhere can preserve the same carrier session while you enter the displayed code and then continue the lookup.

CAPTCHA trackingWill every tracking request require CAPTCHA?

No. CAPTCHA is only used by certain carrier sources and may depend on the carrier session or its anti-bot controls. A new verification can be required when the carrier expires the previous session.

MCP accessHow do I connect CargoGoWhere to an AI client?

Activate CargoGoWhere access from your account, then add the CargoGoWhere MCP server in a supported AI client. Complete the CargoGoWhere sign-in and authorization flow when prompted.

MCP accessWhy do new MCP tools or carriers not appear?

Some AI clients cache an MCP server's available tools and metadata. Disconnect and reconnect CargoGoWhere, or refresh the connector, after a published service change.

Privacy and securityIs my AWB information public?

CargoGoWhere does not intentionally publish your submitted AWB numbers. Administrator monitoring masks AWB details where full values are not operationally required. Avoid placing unrelated personal or confidential information in a ticket.

Support ticketsWhat should I include in a support ticket?

Support ticketsWhat do the ticket statuses mean?

Open means newly received, In progress means support is investigating, Waiting for user means more information is needed, Resolved means a solution was provided, and Closed means the support conversation is complete.
